What radio station will host the Presidential Debate on 10/7/08 at 9 PM?

Where I work, they don’t allow video streaming on their computers, thus I can’t watch it via a video broadcast. I do have an iphone, but I only get Edge, 3G isn’t available in the area of my job. So, I have a radio tuner application on the iphone, hopefully, I will be able to listen to it live with my iphone.
